We now have an interior panel to finish off the upper baggage bulkhead area. This panel is compatible with all RV-6/7/9 side panel packages we have made in the past.
The panel is covered in vinyl to match our other upholstered panels. It features 2 1/8" tall "EXPERIMENTAL" lettering in attractive embroidery to conform to FAA regulations. Black closed cell foam grommets give the openings for the seat belt cables a clean and finished look.
Installation is very simple. The panel only needs a small amount of hook and loop fasterner to be held in place. Sliding canopies may require modification to accomodate the panel.
Leather match vinyl - $329
Covered in vinyl that matches our leather to keep the upper baggage panel at a minimum weight.
Synthetic Leather - $370
Ultra Leather offers the look and feel of the finest leather while providing durability at about a 1/3 the weight of natural leather and about 1/2 the weight of vinyl. Ultra leather is available in a variety of colors that all meet FAR 25.853 regulations.
Note: Because RV-6/6A's vary we will need the measurements of the distance between the seat belt cables to ensure that our "stock" panel will work with your RV-6/6A. Please feel free to contact us with details and/or questions.
