If you are planning to order interior items in the near future, please plan ahead for the associated lead time. Right now, you should expect about 15 weeks from the time a deposit is placed on an order to the time we expect to have it ready to ship (note: small orders are on a different schedule). I wanted to make customers aware of this, because we have had several who did not anticipate it.
Unfortunately, because the orders are scheduled very tightly, there is very little flexibility to "squeeze" orders in earlier because of special circumstances. We all work a lot of overtime this time of year to accommodate the increase in orders. We are actually slightly behind schedule at the moment, and working to get caught back up as soon as possible.
I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, and appreciate your understanding. We do our best to minimize lead times, but this year has been busier than usual. Thank you for your business. Just let us know if you have any questions.
