Classic Aero Designs provides seat cushion upholstery for Van's customers. If you purchased one of the cushion sets sold by Van's Aircraft, but are not an expert with the sewing machine, we can upholster your seats for you.
The upholstery package features upholstery for the Vans' seat back foam, seat cushion foam, large 2 1/2" foam wedge and the lumbar support. Note: the 1" wedge may be glued to the bottom of the seat cushion at no additional charge or may be upholstered for easy removal for an additional fee.
Additional items available are: Matching stick boot assemblies, seat embroidery, armrests, carpet packages and side panel packages.
Cloth - $660
Now constructed with our new Sedona crepe weave fabric. The key benefits of Sedona are high durability, excellent flammability characteristics, and a wide variety of color options.
Leather - $1053
Now constructed with Premium quality aviation leather produced by Perrone Leather. The result is more consistent grain, soft luxurious feel, and excellent durability.
Sheepskin - $TBD (Cost is Based Upon Materials Chosen and Areas Covered)
